S4S streamlines the process of finding professional mentorship by providing a transparent, searchable database of qualified supervisors and supervisees.

We built S4S because we know that the relationship between a supervisor and a supervisee is the heartbeat of clinical development. It is where ethics are honed, burnout is prevented, and confidence is built.

Supervisors can find and hire associates who need to complete their hours for licensure.

How It Works

Create a Profile: Both Supervisors and Supervisees can create and add their profile to the directory for free.

• Search & Filter: Find the right match based on location, modality, and expertise.
• Connect Direct: Message one another to discuss goals, rates, and contracts off-platform.

• Search by Specialty: Filter matches by profession, supervision format, and state. 
• Direct Messaging: Each profile displays phone number and email. 
• Verified Profiles: We recommend that you verify all members prior to meeting in person.
